As a resident of Dublin, Ohio for the past 30 yrs,  Nancy Davis knows the market very well. Her real estate  practice  is all inclusive, encompassing properties throughout Columbus, Ohio and all surrounding suburbs. Nancy’s approach is "tell me where you want to live and we’ll find it, it’s that simple"!  That’s what makes her stand out!

There are many real estate agents selling properties,  but what makes a Realtor a true professional?  Three very important words: communication , integrity and loyalty.  Nancy feels that making a real estate investment is a very important decision, whether clients are selling or buying a home they want to know  every step of the the buying and selling process.  They have many questions; especially first time home buyers who are a bit hesitant.

Nancy has stated many times that understanding each persons needs, talking with them and directing them to reputable lenders helps each client feel more knowledgeable and in control. Meeting prospective clients in her office for the first time is really a two way street, a getting to one another meeting.

Again communication is the key, the ability to listen, ask questions and formulate a plan that meets each individuals needs. Nancy is really a natural in this business. She enjoys meeting new people and her follow through with each client doesn’t end at closing. Relationships and friendships are a very important to her. Coming from a social work background, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Notre Dame College in the field of Sociology. Working as a Medical Social Worker, primarily with the elderly and the physically handicapped she has a deep understanding of people and their needs.

Nancy states that  "selling real estate is all about people, reaching out to one another and connecting".  With each person we meet everyday, a smile or a gesture of kindness brings people together. Real estate is her profession , getting to know one another is what’s important!

Jill is your personal relocation expert. Having made numerous relocations herself, she brings a wealth of personal knowledge and expertise to the relocating family or professional. Whether a move is across town or across the country, this hands-on experience enables her to assist with the coordination and emotional aspects of relocation.

Her previous career was in the travel industry.   Primarily working for The Walt Disney Travel Co. in Florida; a company that prides itself on superb customer service.  Jill continues to carry that standard of service to her Real Estate clients.
